The app treats each CSV row as an operator continuation request, enriches it with batch context, then predicts Likely Approve, Proceed with Conditions, or Likely Reject, QA/QR can then record the final human decision and export the audit log. I verified syntax, ran the engine on your sample CSV, and smoke-tested Streamlit startup successfully.
