FastMCP-based PDF tool for LLM/agents frontends such as LM-Studio

Code and notebooks for connecting and interacting with Local LLMs, agentic tool usage and RAG practices. The implementation will be done mostly with LangChain framework, and maybe others modules as well. The local server end point is LM-Studio for most cases. HuggingFace API and codebase will be used as well.

In this interactive tutorial we will preform machine-learning (deep learning) analysis of bacterial DNA gyrase/topoisomerase in order to predict resistance to Fluoroquinolones antibiotics. We will used Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) based classifier to achieve it.
