Windows system utilities to maximize productivity

A "just for fun" Windows overlay: procedural seasonal scenes (Grass, Desert, Winter, Autumn, Ocean) along the bottom of every monitor. Critters (sheep, cats, bunnies, hedgehogs) and ambient flyers (butterflies, fireflies, birds). Click-through, GPU-accelerated, tray-controlled. Two parallel impls (C++/Direct2D + C#/Vortice), x64 + ARM64.
