scripts I use when maintaining apt package for ALT

APT-RPM fork from GitLab https://gitlab.com/apt-rpm/apt-rpm.git (previously http://apt-rpm.org/scm/apt.git ). Here I prepare enhanced rewritten commits from APT-RPM to be included in next releases of ALT's apt package. The enhanced commits are to be cherry-picked or become the base of a rebase of ALT's series of patches. (0.5.15sisyphus1 enhances whitespace.)
