Format and styling.

Added `BYTEMOD_IF_OPT` flag for optimizing if conditions to use JNZ. Also remove JEQ, JLT, JGT from the OpCodes.

Fix Floats and such in arithmetic operations.

Fix Jumps to compile correctly. Implement basic if statement. Add 2 new OpCodes for logical operations `LAND` and `LOR`.

Implement Jumps in the VM and arguments in script function call.
