updates regarding limitations on PCIM interface.

Adding a memory check when sourcing hdk_setup.sh. hdk_setup.sh will exit with an exit code of 2 if the instance doesn't have enough memory. Customers can ignore the exit by passing in -ignore_memory_requirement (#328)
