changed react-scripts version number to 5.0.2

Separated the processing of svg files to avoid file-loader from overriding the webpack setup for building react components out of svg

upgraded resolve-url-loader dependency to v5 as it had moderate risk on v4

Removed change in package.json as it is decided to make a repository just for react-scripts alone

added exit 0 for failed postinstall script. just for referencing this fork properly on another project
