[gitlib-hit] change hitSourceTreeEntries to take a recursive::Bool argument; rename readTreeRecurse to readTree; make recursive behavior of readTreeRecurse (now readTree) depend on the boolean argument

[gitlib-cmdline] change cliSourceTreeEntries to take a recursive::Bool argument; make the inclusion of the "-r" flag dependent on this argument

[gitlib-libgit2] add `True` arguments to `listTreeEntries` calls
