fix some goofy issues with the char_ini_to_json script

Add two new scripts:

Update the powershell script to fix a few issues, namely:

Add the "Process-Evidence.ps1" script that lets you import evidence from a google doc/plain text list and export it into a /demo file that lets you import it in client

New script: loops_to_ao.py
