Code for all three tests written. Still needs to be tested and debugged.

Updating testing suite so that they all run off of one main file

Grackle benchmarking working as intended. Minimal working example for API functions working on an array.

Adding full GPU treatment for calculate_pressure. This aims to emulate how GPU parallelism would function in the main code.
