Added textview components in AI and VR activities that display text when respective lifecycles are triggered. Extracted hardcoded text to strings.xml.

Added activities for AI and VR. Navigates to them from TopFragment by using intents

Added toast messages for top and bottom fragment's onCreateView and onStart methods

bottom fragment displays text about main activity starting

populated the top fragment with a functional listview
