When merging a list of System IDs, making the first systems in the list take precedence if truncated by Elite.

Excluding systems before and after the route when specifying a destination.

Added an --auto-merge option to EdsmScanner to automatically merge the visited systems into the user's game's VisitedStarsCache.dat file.

Add destination argument to EdsmScanner (#1)
