Removed line that would remove static bodies when loading a new map which would cause later attempts to remove certain static bodies to cause all sorts of error messages in Godot during runtime.

Updated README.md. Fixed secret doors being able to be pushed into existing walls under certain conditions. Added some using statements. Added Level.Directions enum and Level.DirectionVectors enum. Updated collision layers to include Floor and Pickups.

Added screen flash effect for pickups. Added some default constructors and null-checking so Godot doesn't spam console about being unable to create temporary objects.
