Updated MSRFile class to be able to handle MSR files that have multiple START and END entries together. Still throw errors if there is more than one file within a single file.

Fixed issue with panning not working with new controls.

Update the 3D viewer to use Fusion mouse controls. Also change the material for the back to match the front for models.

Fix an error in Densify of Polylines where an index out of range exception was being raised.
