environment-properties-plugin

changes log level of message to make it more obvious when default environment is used

applies bug fix which is only manifesting on older gradle versions

fixes bug when falling back on default environment

adds error handling if environment not found and also ability to configure a default environment as a fallback option if environment is not found too

fixes plugin id in readme
