Updated files modified with Apache 2.0 notice. (Some are just outdated last i checked)

Add Apache License 2.0 to the project

- Switched image fetching to backend: userscript now sends image_url (or base64 fallback) to local API instead of downloading remote images itself.

* Moved the install.bat file to the root directory and updated the paths in the batch files to reflect the change.

Attempted to fix the issue with the hydra model not being found.
