make sure you know where the while looop ends and starts. we had a bug with the negative slope because of the start of the while loop zero ing out the gpio pins. now pid tuninggit add -A

trying to find pid values. duty cycle function works with timer16B0, and pid seems to work but we clearly have the wrong values. and we have a physical enclosure now

fixed i2c issue, was because we did not init i2c before calling a read, despite the i2c transmit looking good, revert to this to correct future i2c errors
