Resample cbit_at_nav onto a regular 1 km grid before computing the gradient, add mean energy consumption dashed line.

Add plot of Ah used vs. Distance and Ah/km.

Use "More from this month" for realtime sbdlogs data.

Add more detail to the log message for rejected time values.

Cope with missing/incomplete data so that we can at least get the cbit plot.
