Merge pull request #2 from johnha/allow_binary_image_extract

Update go.mod

temporary change to refer to local johnha/gridder until main version shomali11/gridder resolved.

Additional of EncodePNG method alongside SavePNG to allow for extraction of the binary image. Added test case and example (example 12).
