missing space in [] test

Adding -c, --get-shell-command to get GIT_SSH_COMMAND environment variable for for an identity and to execute a command with it

Do not call use identity for --define-gpg or --define-ssh unless we are setting it on the same identity

Updating help

Fixing bug with --print when the identity does not exist
