Prepare for release.

Adapt Mod Menu button for 26.2 Pre-Release 2 (#1028)

Remove some old %s from pirate speak.

Make it compile on 26.2-snapshot-7.

I hoped this would make it easier to debug next time something breaks in the same area, but it spams errors to the log for things that aren't a big deal. Oh well.
