Fix packet parsing docs with example of an optimized parser

Fixed parsing, still need to have all of the signals registered to validate performance but otherwise looking pretty good

Hyper-fast parsing - small data glitches but otherwise working, 2-3x reduction cpu usage for the toy demo

Fix loading behavior for docked layouts
