fixed warning from missing cabal module information

added a 'Dockerfile' that generates a ready-to-run image with a compiled and initialized version of the server. Added relevant information to the 'README.md' file, so people can more easily build and run the image themselves

specified concrete version of the 'network' library since newer versions are not backwards compatible

added gitattributes for proper language detection
