update and test example notebooks

deepcopy segments when adding to waveform (not just when creating waveform from list of segments in init)

print_segment_lists to print all channels by default

plot functions now plot all channels by default

segment list is now deepcopied when added to waveform so segments can be changed without affecting other waveforms
