Removed Windows-like newlines from main script, improving Linux support, etc.

Minor clarification about the 'Wax' programming language (inspired by 'Haxe') was added to the section on recommendations of s-expression/Lisp/Scheme family languages to explore.

- File reloading (such as when another text editor or external code changed the file Vim has open) previously caused the rainbow syntax highlighting to be lost. This patch fixes that problem. The script will now auto-sync in such cases.
