[fix] can not reset connection timeout

Compatibility with OpenSSL 1.1.0

Use EVP_PKEY_base_id() to recover the key's type

Use X509_EXTENSION_get_object() to get the 'object' field from extension

ASN1_STRING_data() is deprecated in OpenSSL 1.1.0
