Paul cleaned some code in the vision project, mainly added some comments, removed some comments,...

Paul added vision package, its just a rename of rostutorialopencv, will do some code cleaning now

Changes. Publishing evidence, sayng object found. mapping for a good while and then returning home.

Now following any possible walls in path_follower mode.
