Moving viewbackup.php to 'old' for now, as nothing in the codebase seems to point to it. I think it'd be safer/better to replace this feature with a non-public-facing tool that dumps upcoming events as an XML document, if that feature is needed. Otherwise we're exposing data we shouldn't be, like email addresses even when the hideEmail value is set to true.
