Converted all binding affinities to the same unit ( nanomolar ) and wrote custom command to generate graph txt files from the postgres data.

Refactored the cluster django command

Added pdb ids to all Target entries in the db and initial implementation of protein pocket clustering

Created the final knowledge graph postgres database with django and wrote scripts to populate the db

Extracted protein pocket sequences and bidning affinites from PDBBind refined set
