Add comment on "~" expansion

tcsh discards completions of prefixed words if the prefix is not included in the completion. Include it.

When removing duplicate completions, treat "foo" and "foo/" as duplicates and keep the version with the trailing slash.

Wrap compgen builtin to attach "/" to directories.

Wrap compopt builtin to make it work outside of completion function
