The makefile processor is now capable of removing "empty" artifacts.

Moved variable expansion into a separate class with separate test cases. Rewrote the variable expansion to handle nested variables.

MakefileProcessor passes the simplest test case.

A little progress on the makefile processor.

The MakefileProcessor can expand variables and identify the default goal.
