Merge pull request #301 from swiftDialog/dev_2.3.2

update error message in `/usr/local/bin/dialog` to reflect what is being checked.

change dialog error to report if the command file is not readable instead of not writeable

progress text will be populated via command file if dialog is launched without any progress text present

Cleaning up some of the error processing.
