Neglected to write a ProjectionBuilder for the `has_one` association.

Add a couple more delegators.

Need to sort by the `:name`s or the comparison does not work.

Presort the `sfdc_columns` rather than doing it in the erb so that the end result is that the fields are sorted when the model is generated.

Sort the attributes alphabetically.
