Refined My scoring system.

Updated and Addded jiraCommentScore.go which does a first round at scoring comments.

Cleaned up outputs. Checked for nil in assignee. Ready for staging test this sprint.

Added export slack. Added ENV variable for the slack App Token.

Moved output export into subfunctions.
