The Data Act is a European Union regulation which aims to facilitate and promote the exchange and use of data within the European Economic Area. This project documents how companies implement EU Data Act requirements for IoT devices, using standardized templates to evaluate data access mechanisms, transparency, user controls across manufacturers.
