Updates to the sshd config for modern systems and fixed a typo.

Added support for HTTP3 via enabling UDP on ports 80 and 443.

Change to SSH config to stay compatible with new versions.

Get rid of disabled password option when creating user.

Updated for Ubuntu 16.04 and newer. Disabled password in favor of SSH keys.
