fix: migrate PNG assets from Git LFS to regular git objects

I've fixed the hover functionality on all the reward cards. The hover effect now applies to the entire card with a smooth scale-up animation (hover:scale-105) instead of just the icon. The transition is smooth across all phases of the rewards section.
