Issue #75: Add support for the Quincy 3 server. The QuincyKit now supports a user name in addition to a user ID. That is added. Add support for the new XML elements in the Quincy 3 report format. Change the x86 tag on binary images to i386 so that the Quincy sever will parse the reports.
