Added readme, license and removed firebase config

Added a settings page as a placeholder for now

Countdown working, animation working, issuer logo loaded based on internal built in list, etc. Need to implement image caching next and backing up etc. Manual input working and qr code image scanning working.

Added welcome, login, and signup pages. Ngcircle progress now shows how much longer is remaining till the token is invalidated - inaccurate going to need to work on it. Token generation is working now with otplib. Firebase login and signup works. Barcode scanner works for QRCodes and parseKeyURI 'library' now takes apart the key uri.
