the bug where ~, outputs ~RS is now fixed

fixed 90% of the compiler warnings when using -g -O2 -Wall -W -g -Wfloat-equal -Wundef -Wshadow -Wpointer-arith -Wbad-function-cast -Wcast-qual -Wcast-align -Wwrite-strings -Waggregate-return -Wstrict-prototypes -Wmissing-prototypes -Wmissing-declarations -Wpacked -Wnested-externs -Winline -Wlong-long

amnuts compiles under mac and linux without editing the Makefile each time. Also the objects directory is created in the src, so the compile doesn't error out
