Add -rpath,ydb_dist linker option that is recommended by the offical YDB docs

Make MLua install to ydb_dist environment variable first if it exists, then back off to what I had which was /usr/local/lib/yottadb/r135

Make it use subprocess's default utf-8 handling now that I know about it

Update README to note that YDB 1.35 fixed stdout so that 'u ' is unnecessary after that

Replace the README examples' extra print statements with M 'u $p' now that I have discovered that the need is really from an un-flushed stdout by YDB. Document why. This might be removed for a future version of YDB since Bhaskar is considering making a way for MLua itself to more easily invoke YDB commands like 'u $p'.
