Add r10k to be able to check Puppetfile syntax.

ruby 2.4, for this bump some versions.

add Gemfile.lock to gitignore

remove some gem dependencies that we can not install anymore

update puppet-lint to 2.0, see whether this fixes https://github.com/rodjek/puppet-lint/pull/453
