ring_buffer

change the internal buffer to be a UnsafeCell<Vec<T>> from a Vec<UnsafeCell<T>>

the type of the struct in the buffer does not need anymore to implement Clone

remove last usage of buffer in the producer guard

the slots are not wrapped internally in a CachePadded

refactor so the consumer guard does not need to access anymore the ring buffer
