Readded check for ensuring that parameter limit_of_pointclouds_to_process is only used if bigger than zero.

Added publishing of inliers and outliers combined in a single point cloud with color gradient encoding the nearest neighbor in the reference point cloud.

Added option to load from file a different (more detailed) point cloud to use as a reference for outlier detection.

Added the option to use a different set of filters for the point cloud used in the outlier detection stage.
