Added output to stdout of what went wrong when bad images are loaded. This tells the user whether there was a bad path, bad images, bad image dimensions, etc. Made visualizations a little nicer with Matlab's HeatMap, but I plan on changing them to something else eventually. Verified that this code with --ctf_linear does the same thing as the old hdr_linear code but is over 2x faster *without* matte images.
