migrate_from_bugzilla

Migrate Spent Time (TimeEntry). Fix relationship between the user and the project. Sort Bug Descriptions so they added in the correct order. Set root_id field for issues in order to store and retrieve the Spent Time correctly. Migrate due date and estimated hours fields. Make the project privated by default.
