Update to DRM Mixer IP driver: * substantial code refactoring to move logic to mixer-specific code and out of xilinx_drm_plane.c * enhancment to implementation of xlnx,layer-primary optional parameter: now the logical primary layer in the mixer dts does NOT have to be mapped to the xilinx_drm dts plane0 node. * BUG FIX: semi-planar video format offsets not computed correctly * Update to dts documentation to better explain above and current implementation capabilities/limits * Addition of two new fourcc codes to support yuv444 and yuvx444 video formats

Initial implementation to support xlnx,layer-primary property permitting assignment of a logical DRM "primary" layer to any of the mixer IPs overlay layers. This is an optional property and will be ignored for layer 0 and the logo layer. If not present, the primary layer will be assigned to video 0 layer.

This is a bug fix for the logo layer to fully support RG24. In cases wherein the logo was particularly large, this routine might fail.
