Update CHANGELOG.md

Refactor type annotations in Details component for improved type safety. Updated availableColors declaration and index retrieval to ensure compatibility with TypeScript's strict type checking.

Remove ESLint configuration file and update dependencies in raytaskwarrior. Upgraded @raycast/api to version 1.104.0, updated devDependencies including eslint, prettier, and typescript to their latest versions. Adjusted TypeScript configuration to target ES2023 and changed module resolution to commonjs. Cleaned up code by removing unnecessary comments and fixing minor formatting issues.
