Fixed an issue where we read the last line, but we have a row cached but there are no other rows left to compare it to and we quit out of the loop with a record still not rewritten to the stream. This ensures we write it.

- createTempDir(String) isn't offered in earlier versions of 2.5.x line that gradle uses. So revert to an older call.
