Upgrade to OpenCore 0.9.3 from 0.8.5 for the same macOS (Big Sur 11.7.8) -- added new config variables with default values for now. Some will need to be updated e.g. DisableIoMapperMapping when upgrading to Ventura later; also added new AMD GPU temperature sensor kexts
